"A short climb and we crossed the border into Austria. From there we went from 800 meters up to Holzgau. After a long break we took a taxi to the goods lift, which transported our bags to the Memminger Hütte. We ourselves rose to the 800 meters to the hut. In the hut arrived, a 21-man camp bed waiting for us. Each had about 50cm square to sleep - as you can imagine how uncomfortable the night was "
